Hey whats up guys, thanks for the information again....I just need your opinion o n my new Chest/Triceps & Shoulders/Biceps Routines

6'3 190 lbs
Lifting on/off for a few years But i've been going 3 days a week for 7 months straight

Goal: Gain more muscle

Chest/Triceps

-Flat Bench Press
-Incline Dumbells
-Decline Dumbells
-Dips
-Bent-Arm Dumbbell PullOver
-Incline Dumbbell Fly With a Twist
-CLose Grip
-Skull Crushers
-Cable Pull downs



Shoulders/Biceps

-Military Dumbell Presses
-Front Dumbbell Raises
-BackRows
-PullDowns
-Dumbell Incline Shoulder Press
-Upright Rows
-Shrugs
-Standing Curls
-Hammer Curls
-Preacher Curls

Looks like to many exercises to me, but then I prefer to keep it to only 1 or 2 at most per muscle group.
