Jam's Journal Day 1 time to take my body back...

Today is the first day of my new workout routine. Thanks to my man Big Stew who has hooked me up with a great diet and workout routine Thanks again man. I made it through the first day of the workout without much issue at all i did get winded towards the end but it feels good. I just had my 2nd meal of the day only 4 more to go lol. Well time to get to work need to make some money. Thanks for those who checked this out. I will try to post updates daily.

Today was great I really enjoyed the workout today and after my cardio following the workout I felt so good I jumped on the bike for another 15mins. Last night i had a terrible headache not sure if it was from my body adjusting to my new eating habit or what but today seems to be a awesome day full of energy. Thanks to all that checked out my journal yesterday and left me comments I do appreciate it. Well time to get to work luckily I work from the house so I don?t have to go far. Holla at you all tomorrow.

yeah man headaches happen there's always something with me lol. great to hear about you adding on some bike that's what makes the difference man. pushing yourself.. i looked on your page but didn't see exactly what your goal is. do you have an exact weight you wanna reach? i lost about 50 pounds about a year ago. so i know that with hard work and dedication anything can happen big man so keep up the great work and you'll get there.

Saturday I am just about to head out for cardio today. Sorry I didn?t get to make a journal entry yesterday it just was a crazy day didn?t get on the computer till after 1am. I did get in my workout and all my meals in yesterday that was a priority yesterday!! I will attempt to get back on later on this afternoon just depending on how the day shapes up. And thanks again to all that stop by and keep me motivated on this journey. This is just the beginning for me and appreciate all your support.!!!

first off sorry i havent updated in a while i was having either trouble with my internet or with the fourm but couldnt get online. well today is friday i just finshed my 4th lift of the week and can already see a difference in my lifting and feeling stronger i havent missed a meal yet also havent taken the "cheat" meal yet i just didnt want to disrupt the progress i am making its great cause people i see on a daily occurance and seeing the hardwork i am putting into this and its great to have there support.. so i look forward to getting to the gym these days... and once again thanks to everyone that has stopped by and shared there support it means alot..

awesome man . yeah i rarely take cheat meals he just puts those in for the non hardcore pple unlike us haha keep it up bro

Week 3 is off to a great start i had another great workout but felt obligated to do some extra work i kinda went off the program yesterday it was a birthday party so i added some extra cardio to the workout. i am off to prepare a meal and to the driving range time to get the game back in order with the nice weather coming in finally high of 80 today and sunny 2 months of this then the hell of summer.

Today was another good day actually got some people at the gym noticing the work i am putting in its good to see that. good to hear man you in here ever day man keep it up you lookin good. that made the workout that much more rewarding.

what up fourm world. its been forever since i have been online. just some updates i have dropped 13 lbs and 1inch in my waist this past month. i have been in the gym 26 days out of the last 30 and so happy with the results i am getting. i am dedicated to this fight and will overcome!! tomorrow is an off day from the gym but i have a 9am tee time so me a few friends are going to go walk 18 holes of golf something i wouldnt have done a month ago i would have opted for the cart. well hope everyone is doing well.
