Thumbs down help!

ok so I play football and run track at my school. As you can imagine, I often spend alot of time in our new weight room. The problem is that it is run by 2 or 3 personal trainers who are still in college, and one "certified" guy whose lifts are crazy, and he claims it's all natural. The trouble is how they talk to everyone about how their doing every exercise "wrong". I mean, I think their just trying to act like they're the best trainers in the world. Now don't get me wrong, if they see someone doing an exercise wrong, or harmful to them, or even if they know a way to make it more effective, they should approach the person about it. But right now, its at the point that after every set, they will approach you, and tell you about something your doing "wrong." I mean theres this one college trainer who I think just doesn't like me much. Despite the fact that I have 4 inches in height on him, and probably 30 pounds, he will follow me around during my workout, and somedays I can't complete a set without him coming up and saying something to me. Like just yesterday, I was doing elbows flared tricep pushdowns with 120 pounds, going up on a count of 4, and pushing back down. He comes over, claims I am going to fast, and takes 2 plates off. So I am like whatever, and I go back to doing my thing, going down so slowly just to humor the guy. he came over again and told me something else, but I really didn't pay attention. Last week, he came over and said something after every set of squats. Now I have been doing squats and tricep extentions the same exact way (with the extention of some double overload x-reps) for 5 years now. I squat 450 for a set of 4, and my arm measurement is probably close to 17" ( it was 16" 3/8' when I checked it back in November). I have never been hurt doing either of these. So if what these guys are saying really matters, this trainer should be bigger than me, and squatting more than me. last time I saw him, he had trouble with 250.

So enough rabbling, does anybody have any advice for what I should do? I mean I would say something smart, or tell them off, but I don't want to get thrown out (its a great facility) or have to deal with the "natural" guy, but I wish I could make them stop. Any suggestions?

Just look at him and go "uh huh" and then continue what you were doing. When he comes back up to you and repeats himself, just go "uh huh" and continue. If he takes the weight off, put it back on. If he gets in your face, laugh and continue lifting. Honestly, if you're doing your own thing, he's taking it as a slap in the face and is pissed at you. Wear an iPod...that might help him get the picture that you aren't interested in whatever baseless garbage comes out of the hole in his face.
