Critique My Cut Diet!! Reps*
Well I have been bulking for a while now and now its gonna be summer soon and I would like to start cutting. Heres my cutting diet plan ...
meal one
2 slices rye bread + 2 tbsp almond butter
480 calories
meal two(pre workout)
Soy milk(355 milk) + 1 scoop whey protein
280 calories
meal three(post workout)
Soy milk(300 milk) + 1 scoop whey protein
260 calories
meal four
3 eggs + onion + 1 slice ham to make an omlette
330 calories
TOTAL: 1,350 calories consumed
Since I am very active, just wondering ... will this be enough calories ??? My goal is to lose fat and keep muscle.
60 min walking outside gym
20 min hiit cardio at gym
1 hour weights
10 min abdominals
900 calories burned total through my activity.

so you basically get protein shakes, bread, and eggs as the only things you eat throughout the day? Protein shakes are supplements, they supplement your meal. IDK though maybe try to get some more veggies and fruit. It just doesn't seem like you're getting any vitamens or nutrients etc...

I would up them about another 150 or so.
Get some vegetables in there too, do you not like meat?

Hey there Thanks. I will rep you too I am not a huge fan of meat. I dont know why, unless its in the form of slices ... I dont know why. Is there any anything else I could eat besides meat? Eggs are a good source of protein I know and Sardines etc.
Another question, how can I find out how many calories I need for a cut for all my activity? I want to know how much I should be eating.
