Branch Warren's New DVD Is 2 F*cking Hardkkkkkkore n I Luv It!!!!
Makes Dorian's Blood N Guts Obsolete!!
Maaan, I got my FedEx delivery a few days ago, Ronnie - Relentless, Phil Heath - The Gift and Branch - Unchained Raw Reality, and u know what guys, I've been addicted to Branch new **** eversince. Maaaan, just like Jay Moore said on that DVD, Branch and his 2 training partners are like a pack of hungry moda****ing dogs maaan! Yooo, those guys literally eat that iron - that's how hardkkkkkore and intense that **** is. If you guys gotta get a new DVD, then it gotta be Branch new ****. That DVD was shot at Ronnie's Gym - Metroflex Gym (yeah Babyyyy!) and you hear Brian shouting in the background throughout the entire DVD, "yeah Branch... Hell Yeaaaah!". Man that DVD is off the moda****in hook!
I'm officially retiring Blood n guts from my hardkkore collection.
Branch ur da man, and you're ****ing crazy dude! Thanks 4 dat ****!
http://www.dailymotion.com/Tech9/vid...rren-unchained
Go cop that DVD guys n live well!

Yates doesn't need to curse and throw bars around the gym to be hardcore. He just is

By the way, since i have a feeling that I will soon read negative posts about the nature of this DVD, well, both Jay and Dave (Branch training partners) have tried to address some of the concerns out there on the MD board; concerns like, "this is too hardcore... this is too rough... or these guys are not civilized...lol"

Man, you can't go wrong with that DVD. That is of course if you're looking for some blood-pumping intensity. If you're a follower of that 24-hour fitness religion, where even cursing or grunting will get you kicked out, and your gym membership cancelled, then this is not for you
Live Well!

I don't even know what hardcore means anymore.
So far as I can tell, it just means you use crappy equipment in a crappy gym, and you take a lot of sets to failure.
Maybe I should film myself tossing around some rusted old weights in an abandoned mental institution while an insane, escaped convict from Guatemala bleeds on the floor? Hardcore?

rofl!
agreed. However, if folks don't like it,then they don't have to buy the DVD(I won't buy it, but mainly cus I'm not a Branch fan. He's great and all but I'm more of a Victor, Dexter, and Phil fan...and I wanna get Jay's new vid One Step Closer)

It's a sound investment.
I would say it's Cutler's best work yet, for the following reasons (among others):
1) He trains alone. In his previous videos, he had a training partner who pretty much detracted (imo) from the intensity of the workouts. I personally didn't like his wife spotting him on the bench press and other exercises, either, so I'm glad she's found her way back to the kitchen, where she belongs.
2) His training is heavier and more complete than in any previous workouts. He really goes hardcore by hitting them early in the morning (usually no later than 7:15 a.m.), and never leaving before at least a good hour and a bit of solid lifting. I would say despite Okabe's editing, it's obviously high intensity training with minimal rest periods between sets.
3) You get a lot more interaction from Jay than before. Seems he's finally found the key to becoming personable to his public, i.e. by talking to them like he gives a **** instead of being nonchalant about everything under the roof and assuming we should know his motives, etc. He opens up a lot.
4) He's got a good rapport with Mitsuro and the guys at the radio station. You actually do root for the guy this time around, and you almost want him to remove Ronnie from the top spot b/c he honestly believes in himself and his job.

There's a difference between being hardcore and staging some hardcore ****. For all that cursing and throwing of weights, Branch better be setting some records in that vid. I wanna see 900lb deads and squats.
I wonder what it's like if Ronnie and Branch are in that gym at the same time.
Ronnie:YEa buddy!
Branch's training partner: Come one Branch, Yea baby!
Ronnie:Ummm...did you just say 'Yea Baby'? Yea well that and "Yea buddy" are my sayings. So ummm yea.
Branch's training partner: Shut the f*ck up muddaf*cka.
Ronnie: Brian! Kick these fools out.

Funny you'd mention them being together at the same time. There was a Flex article on just this story a while back and it mentioned that while Ronnie almost never comes to train later than 11 a.m - 12 pm., Branch is usually there around 1-2 pm. to start his workout. Chances of them seeing each other, even though it would be interesting, is pretty remote.
P.S. there's no record-breaking lifts in his video, the lifts are heavy but nothing spectacular.

Wouldn't want Brian to get caught in the middle of which kind of music to play.
P.s. thanks for the heads up on the vid.

haha, yeah, they don't listen to the same **** at all. I heard the rap CDs skip a lot b/c they're overplayed. I guess it's still better than Rammstein or some ****.
Branch does some pretty goddamn heavy inclines (4 plates) and shoulder presses (365ish), but he doesn't do any 1-2 rep sets in any of his exercises. If he had done, he probably could've matched Ron's squat, maybe even his deadlift.
I think he trained hardcore overall, but he was too worried about his old injury in his left hamstring or something to do anything special with his f*cking huge quads.
He should've ditched Jay Moore for the video.

jay was much better in that vid,, that interview on the radio was good.. sorry cutler fans heres my problem with jay. the whole time hes in the gym he doesnt take his eyes off himeself for a second. everywhere he walks, everytime he puts a weight on the bar, everytime he puts a weight back on the rack, always between sets, his eyes are starring at himeself in the mirror. he doesnt own a shirt with sleeves either. it actually makes we worried about his mental health -even though hes the biggest guy in the world he still suffers from small man disease.

That looked pretty mad. I dont like the way they drop the weights and fling them. I think thats put on for the DVD because if it isnt, then he and his friends are real dicks.

and if u had a build like those guys u wouldnt take a few oppourtunities to check urself out???
and lets be serious here... i highly doubt its small man syndrome, its more like the constant battle to improve, and to improve you have to know/see ur weaknesses, and what better place to find ur weakness than a mirror... in a gym... while u train...
thats just my opinion at least.

1. Just finished watching both DVD's from Branch and the first DVD is intense and Hardcore and those 3 guys take it to the next level for 3 hours and sounds like they do it whenever they train at Metroflex.Key is at Metroflex I didn't appreciate never hearing from Branch ever during the DVD even "I am Branch Warren and watch me train" Then I watched the second DVD and He talked enough for me to really enjoy this DVD. Also Mitz asked Jay Moore about the way they behave and if they do it in public and he said of course not that they would be in jail if they did it is only in Metroflex that this happens. Also for those who don't get the fact that it is a DVD called Unchained these guys may have stepped it up a notch for the DVD. For all of you who think these guys are raw meat eating spit in your face animals in Battle for the Olympia 2006 those exact 3 guys train at Branch's Maximum Fitness Gym and they do not once throw any bars around and I didn't hear the F word once. Branch did start blaring ACDC but it is his gym. Great DVD Branch Thanks

2.If you made your money by having the best body on the planet you would check it out after every exercise to make sure it was the best it could be.
