Need help modifying my diet
Hey guys, i wanna drop my calories ( mostly carbs ) a little bit more, but im not sure where to drop them, & I want to change either meal 3 or 4 to tuna in springwater, but it tastes like crap so im not sure what to do.. could u guys go over it and tell me if its decent, ive been using this for a while same foods altho the portions were different from time to time.. thanks..
