Need help modifying my diet

Hey guys, i wanna drop my calories ( mostly carbs ) a little bit more, but im not sure where to drop them, & I want to change either meal 3 or 4 to tuna in springwater, but it tastes like crap so im not sure what to do.. could u guys go over it and tell me if its decent, ive been using this for a while same foods altho the portions were different from time to time.. thanks..

You've been around these forums long enough to answer this yourself. Your diet looks fine now so if you want to drop some carbs switch out some of the oats and bananas for green veggies like green beans.
