seriously ..what kind of nonesense is that...such diet is NOT for a healthy person let alone a bodybuilder.

yes youre right if we try to bulk it wont work and if we cut well lose muscle but heres a thought for you...dont you realize that we might have figured this out and so we will only maintain and eat a high calorie diet when we can eat to hang on to what we have? Beleive it or not well live for a month without getting bigger ro more ripped

seriousley....what kind of ignorance is this, there are reasons we do this, (not going into it since you have problems comprehending simple concepts)

hey everyone. 1 week into ramzan n hope the fasts are going good for everyone. is it just me but i feel completely "unpumped" plus i decided to take the 1st week off. how is everyone else feeling?

ya the pump is gone.
but I haven't started to feel smaller yet.

I still eat 5 times perday
after Iftar, every 2 hours.

take my protein too.
