Help me scare my flatmate into sense

My flatmate lives a really unhealthy lifestyle and Im kinda concerned something will happen to him eventually. Bascially he drinks at least half a dozen beers per night during the week, and more often than not continually drinks through the weekend. For food, often he just doesnt eat any dinner or will just fry up some rubbish meat and eat it by itself (no veg)/get takeaways.

Bascially hes got a skinny body type so this doesnt have any physical affect on him, so he doesnt give a damn. Surely this is causing some internal damage, how long can someone go on like this? What would I tell him that could persuade him its stupid? I guess he sees it doenst make him fat etc, so its doing no harm...

I don't think anything you say to him will make him change is mind. The only way he will change is when he is ready too.

If he's not fat, I don't think you should bug him too much.

Personally most of my friends eat fast food all the time, have pizza + beers on the weekends, but they're just as fit as I am, so I don't say much (I'm still in the middle of my cutting phase).

If they ever ask for information they know who to turn to though.

Thats cool then, I wasnt planning on bugging him. I just thought the lack of veges/all that crap food and beer might be doing some internal damage that is not showing physically ie blood pressure/cholestrol and all that stuff. Ah well, its his life
