Markus Ruhl Goes Grocery Shoping *VID* Lawls
This is a video of Markus Ruhl going grocery shoping. so funny seeing all the people looking at him, espeically the chick freaking out when she sees him in the grocery line.
funny to hear him say "Thxs honey" (shoping with his wife) with his german accent. definetly one of my top favorite bodybuilders. suxs that he isn't winning as good as he has in previous days....

I guess there are some things he'd want from the supermarket, but I would have though most stuff he'd buy in bulk from the suppliers, or some bulk food store.
They use grocery sacks in Germany. Some places you have to pay for them though - you are generally expected to bring your own and re-use them (they are much more heavy duty than the typical US plastic bags).

Awesome post. That vid made me laugh, the music was great. I remember reading a article in Muscular Development that mentioned he smoked. I still smoke only for the reason that it suppresses appetite/not ready to quit, stupid stupid stupid stupid.
