Getting ready for major surgery, advice?

Hello everyone! Well I am not going to sugar coat it I really got ****ed up in training for mma(weird accident) and dislocated my shoulder which resulted in a so far torn labrum(spelling sorry) and I am getting an MRI to make sure there is not more damage. Anywho this will be my third surgery on this shoulder and I was wondering if anyone has some advice diet wise for someone going from training many many hours every week to VERY little. Four months give or take from my first fight and now to be out 3-6 months minimum kinda gut checked me and I really have not been caring one bit about nutrition, I kinda haveto pick myself backup and just get er done I guess! I apoligize for my long drawn out post!
