I've read that certain stretches and yoga can help people increase their height. http://www.gainheight.com/get-taller.html I personally haven't tried any of these, but it could be worth a shot.
Some full spine stretches might help:
Wheel Pose http://yoga.about.com/od/yogaposes/a/wheel.htm
Head-to-Toe...basically just sit on the ground with your feet together and lay forward as far as you can
Sun Salutation http://www.santosha.com/asanas/suryanamaskar.html
...all these are just stretch your spine and you should be careful not to over do it your first time. Like I said i'm not sure if this yoga stuff really works, I just remember reading a few articles about it.

ive also heard of inversion tables too. BTW height is overated, its easier to pack on pounts when you are short haha, jk. I would let nature do its course and wait and see, and dont take AS or prohormones for along time like well after your 20, and even then, its a personal decision not something to do just cuss you can.
One thing i would do, is if you where working out, especially, make sure to eat alot. when i was younger, sometimes i feel i cheated myself by being in a constant calorie restricted diet due to me maxing out my muscle mass for calories in. So in some ways i think you could maximize your height by making sure your at least getting mainanence or better calories. Get your z's for sure as your Growth hormone is highest when you sleep, dont eat carbs close to bedtime as insulin competes for GH.
You could also try some GH supplements, but stick to the basics, nothing dangerous, i cant really recommend any, however i did see an l-arginine, l-orinthine, l-lyseine blend which i think i have heard l-argine+l-lyseine is really good for GH boost and is really cheap. Im not sure if ZMA would help or not, i do know it supports healthy test levels not sure about GH. Hope someone can shed some light on the supplements part instead of telling you there is no hope, i think there are thinks you could at least try to maximize your natural GH levels.

ZMA could help, zinc and magnesium deficiency is just one of many factors that can reduce the amount of hgh the body can release. Amino acids are a must, so make sure your getting all of the essentials. DHEA can also increase GH levels, obviously not as much as hgh, but it will incease them. I don't think I would try the DHEA at your age though.

Nail your hands to a balcony and get an anvil (preferably ACME brand) dangling from your feet somehow. Jump off...
...and get back to us on the results.

Changing your final height is about as close to impossible as I like to think things are. You may speed up your growth spurts or incur them earlier with hGh and such, but the final height will be the same as if you had not taken it.
You are 5'7" now and will probably grow what? 1-3 inches more before you are finished growing? You'll be 5'8" to 5'10" if you are complaining about that you are mentally retarded.
