Hope i made the right choice.
Since Jun of 2006 till the 1st week of january i was off the gym. I had lost an incredible amount of mass. I wanted to get lean and pretty much increased cardio and had 3 meals a day(Obviously the wrong approach/weight 174lbs). I started eating right about Dec. of last year and started my gym routine on the second week of Jan. Had my 7 meals down, every 3 hours. I stuck with my protein shakes(100% ON) for pre and post workout and protein bars(Detour) Rest of the meals included eggs/tuna/chicken,turkey breast(white meat). I would also include one more suppliment, creatine. I was told by a good friend of mine to try Storm. Used it for a month. I thought it was great. I felt its effects, but i was pulled into the whole BSN world and stopped with the Storm and tried Cell Mass alone without No Explode. I've been on it for about 2 weeks and so far i like it. I Dont like how it settles even with thorough mixing. I believe to feel stronger, although i think its more psychological right now. I am now at 194lbs, my arm and quads mass have increased. My chest has seemed to defined more than bulk up. Im not certain at what my bodyfat % is since i dont have a caliper, but i believe it to be 8-10%. The only concern that i have is, taking the cellmass immediately after workout as opposed to taking the postworkout shake w/ teaspoon of sugar. It says to wait 30 minutes after taking cellmass. Will i prevent any results by taking my postworkout shake after workout and take the cellmass 30min. after?
