my 3 day Arnold Classic Experience..you WONT believe it until you read it. (colin)

this was my third year attending. Columbus is about four hours away from me. and i have went with just about the same people every year. this year it was myself, nick, enoch, drew, zack, joe and nicks cousin and girlfriend.


i need to introduce the members personalities to give the story a more lively feeling. so here it goes..

nick is the biggest out of everyone who went. he looks like a block tho. no shape to him whatsoever. ill admit tat he has a decent amount of mass..but no shape. just looks like a power lifter. he has SERIOUS control issues..has to be the first one in to do anything..the first one out. has to win at everything. has to choose where we go. and has some pretty bad temper problems.

joe is pretty reserved, quiet serious acne on the face, hes an ok size, dresses really odd. he seems to be the type of person if you dont ask him to do something he doesn't do anything and when he does its the bare minimum

casey is nicks girl friend he took her last year. casey isnt my type but i guess you could say she is pretty. she works at abercrombie..can lose her temper as well in a second just like nick can. and complains a lot about things. whatever she says nick listens to..she seems to be the only one who gets through to nick.

zack is nicks cousin he is a clepto maniac. steals everything in sight. he is three years younger than us. hes 17ish (i think) still in high school

drew doesn't know how to take jokes well..but loves dishing them out. he starts a lot of crap but when you get into it with him he denies he ever did anything. blond hair decently cut..looks like an abercrombie model.

enoch is goofy and steals everything as well. he seems to say off the wall things and is the source for alot of laughter. he cant take a joke well either.

zack number two is calm, seemed to be well mannered, seemed like an average kid.




to start off the story..i need to rewind to last year. last year i had a wonderful job that paid me 11.50 an hour and i drove joe there and i never asked him for money..and he never offered to pay for gas. i was mildly upset . i thought he was a slight cheap ass..but i never said anything.

when i arrive to the meeting spot joe is late..this sends nick into a whirlwind and he nearly has a brain aneurism (like usual) about how we need to get going we need out sleep. mind you its only 6 oclock in the evening on Thursday night and it takes 4 hours to drive there. again nick has his panties in a bunch over nothing.

joe arrives about 20 minutes late and they go to burger king. i am told to meet them there. i NEVER eat at those places so i am unsure of where the closest one is. it takes me about 5 minutes to find it and i go through the drive through as everyone else is just getting their food. nick calls me and is upset and i get yelling in my ear "hurry up man, we have to go ahhhhh omg dude we gotta get outta here stop being so slow" (something to that affect)

i get on the road and no problems occur.

we arrive at this hotel room from hell. 8 people crammed into a 4 person room. drew, zack 2, and enoch want nick or joe to buy them alcohol (they were the only ones who were 21) they both say no. we will tomorrow night..the 3 beg and plead and never get the booze. this created some hostility but it quickly dies down.

we get into the hotel room with a poppa johns pizza and cram down a few slices. i am in a bed with joe (no homo) and nick and casey are in the other bed. the other 4 are on the floor, they used hand towels, phone books, the bible and two chairs pushed together for bedding arrangements. lets just say a dishtowel and a city phone book isnt the greatest pillow to have. but i didnt complain because i was in a bed.

the next morning comes and we wake up and head to the Arnold. nick as always is inseparable from casey and those two get separated from the group. if you would stand and talk to someone for any amount of time you would get left behind because captain nick is on his high hoarse and is too good to wait for anyone. so this makes the day full of basically chasing around after the rest of the group (noone ever answered their cells) so this was pretty much the only option person had to stay in contact with their group.

the first day passes and it was full of like i mentioned chasing around after people..getting TONS of swag. and when we get to the joe and zack throw their bags in with everyone else's. and this infuriates nick. he now has his supplements mixed in with everyone else's and he nearly has another brain aneurism. casey starts yelling nick starts yelling zack starts yelling about whos bag is whos. (now mind you i suggested a week before we left that we buy sharpies) but nick never listens...

so we get to the hotel room Friday night and this is where it gets interesting. i mention to joe that i need some gas money this year due to the fact that i do not have a job and i am in nursing school and funds are limited. so he asks me what is good to give me i say "whatever you think is fair" he tries to give me 5 dollars for a four hour ride. (mind you last year was free). so i tell him thats just not enough for gas.

and we bicker slightly. then go to a grocery store to buy subs. while im in there i suggest to joe that he buys me alcohol (its not my goal to get drunk just to have something to sip on that tastes good) he says well if i buy these for you then ill give you 5 dollars for gas. i agree. when we get to the register he asks me for money and i say to him "why would i give you money you said you'd pay for my drinks" he said no im not paying for them in buying them with my id..its your money thats paying for them. i say thats a ****ty deal because your not doing anything but give me 5 dollars. he replies " im putting my ass on the line for you buying these" i roll my eyes at that and we walk out of the stores with no alcohol. when we get into my car he calls me a cheap ass and a whiny little bitch. this pisses me off and we start to have a full out feud with name calling.

so we get into the hotel room and i charge my cell phone at the bathroom sink and as im charging it im on the bed watching tv (next to where my cell phone is) and oe is overthere for about 3 minutes. i get a text and i go over to see it at 1135 pm. it says "huh??" and is from this Shantel girl who ive been seeing..whom i mentioned to joe on the way to columbus. So after seeing this message i go to my outbox and there is a message sent from my cell that reads "shut up" it was sent from MY PHONE to hers at 1133 p. and like i said joe was over there at that time. i did not see him send it but it had to have been him. i flip out and accuse him of doing it. he denies it. like im stupid i knew it was him..i wanted to rail him in the face for that one. i walk outside eat a sandwhich and call her. she is upset becuase she thinks that i sent that to her i explain the situation to her and apologize. everything is ok with her shortly after i talk to her...except me being furious at whoever sent it. IMO only malicious intentions were there when that msg was sent.

after that i flip out and call a friend of mine back home and tell her about what is going on. i basically say that "she is really the only good thing i have in my life right now" which was and is true. so that is why it was such a big deal that that was sent to her.

i go inside and i sit down and i take a shower...and when im in the shower i gets the lights turned off on me as a practical joke. haahah. you dont need lights to shower anyways. normally i would have gotten slightly mad at that but since the cell phone message had just happened i didnt care. i try to go to sleep and i txtd shantel and said i was going to bed and i hope she had a decent day tomorrow at work...she basically tells me that "i think i need to leave you alone" she has been confused from when i first met her...she just got out of a one year relationship and is confused about what she wants...so with that text she basically said "i want to stop hanging out" without really saying it... so that wasn't good to hear after having a fight with pretty much everyone of my roommates.

drew comes in and he went out with enoch and zack 2. for some reason he is pissed off and he says some things to me like "im gonna kick your country ass back to **********ville" i wasn't into a confrontation because i had just had one with joe about my cell phone. so i jut say whatever dude whatever.

i wake up in the morning and i go and get gas in my car and go into the lobby and eat. as im eating nick comes in and says we are leaving. im like " man im not even half ways done wit my breakfast yet...i will meet you there since we are taking separate cars today." he says "omg no way all my supplements are in there and my money and my clothes..i dont want you in there alone" at this point im like wtffffffffffff are u really serious?!! we argue mildly as people are eating around us in the lobby and they start to stare and the manager comes out and asks if everything is ok. nick is still trying to get me to leave and i wont because im still eating..it shouldn't even matter im driving myself there anyways. so he THROWS AWAY my breakfast. i get pist and make another waffle and get some more hard boiled eggs and he tells the hotel manager that since the room is in his name he doesn't want him to let me into it to get my bag. (all i needed to do was get a back pack and eat a fugging waffle and i would have been ready) so basically i am FURIOUS right now and after he leaves i ask the desk clerk to give me a key so i can get into my room..and get my things.

he gives me a key and while im in there he comes up and says that nick the owner of the room has kicked me out of the room..he doesn't want me in the room anymore. im like " oh holy hell" this is it...this is the last straw. i take my sweet ass time packing my bags as the hotel manager stands there and watches me pack..i get everything in my bag ok.

i put all my bags in my car and drive to the convention center...in the back of my mind im thinking jesus Christ..i have nowhere to sleep and im 4 hours from home...this isn't good. i put it out of my head and i buy all my supplements i wanted to get that day..make COUNTLESS trips to my car. and in the process of making all these trips i LOSE my keys..completely and utterly lose them.

so i am locked out of my car with my 1400 laptop sitting on the front seat. i call AAA as soon as i realize this. they take about 20 minutes to find my address since my AAA card was in my glove box locked in my car and my wallet was in the center console because the jeans i had on were too tight for it to fit into my back pocket. they finally find my member number and they say that they are going to send a locksmith out to see me about a key.

i go to my car and wait because i figured i had to give him the vin number off my car or something..so the woman told me he would call in about 10 minutes..i stand there in a track jacket and jeans for about 25 minutes and he doesn't call...i see a red roof inn on the back side of the convention center so i go in there and wait for him to call me (i was VERY VERY cold)

i sit in the lobby and i feel like i am about to be sick..i was contemplating just leaving the kid i drove there to figure his own **** out since he is a cheap ass and likes to send bull**** text messages from my phone to the few people i actually care about.

so i wait roughly 30more minutes in the lobby (roughly an hour now) yea good estimate on the 10 minutes there AAA lady. so he calls me asks me where the ignition for the key is located at. i say its on the dash...is voice drops and says that isn't good. he could make a key if it was on the steering column but since its on the dash it has to be coded and only a dealer can do that and a dealer wont be open until tomorrow. so i call nick (upset i have to do this) and i tell him what happened because i had no ride and nowhere to sleep and my wallet with my credit card is locked in my car..and i only have 28 dollars in cash on me.

he is like "ughhh dude are u serious" tells me to look in the lost and found and call him back. i do so and there are no keys there. so i call him back and he doesn't answer...i call him a total of 5 times and he doesn't answer. i call my dad and tell him what is happening that i have been kicked out of a hotel room..i have nowhere to sleep..hardly any money..i have no car keys..my tennis shoes are wet..i have a light coat on because taking a real one was too bulky to drag around the convention center..he tells me to sit tight and he will come up with a plan. he suggests a cab back to the hotel room.

at this point i am pretty scared i dont have enough money for a hotel room, most are at full capacity, my so called friends (who i now hate with the passion and fire of 10,000 burning suns) kicked me out and noone had the balls or cared enough about me to stand up to nick kicking me out. (and i never did anything to be kicked out but eat breakfast and go into the room to get a book bag)

so i call a cab..one comes and i tell him i need to go to hotel ******** by such and such an exit...it i about 10 minutes away by a kroger the arab cabbie who smelled of cigarettes and methamphetamine drives like a douchebag to the hotel..the whole way im thinking this isnt the way to the hotel..but he said he knew where he was going he take me successfully to a ******* hotel but its the WRONG ******** hotel. so i tell his arab ass im not paying for this cab ride..you took me to the wrong place you douche bag and there is no way in hell im giving you money for your screw up. he speaks some kind of incoherent arab bull **** and is like "a booda booda..i take you to hotel..you gimme money now abooda booda" i say "no mother f***r you took me to the correct name of the hotel but not the right address. im not paying you...

so i go inside and he lays on the horn and screams he wants his money i just put my hands on my head while sitting at a table and just wished he would go away...so i walk out side finally after the desk clerk told me i had to leave since he was doing this as a result of me..i go outside and kick his passenger door i crinkle up a ten and a five and tell im to go f**k himself. he speeds away and nearly runs over my foot (missed my by about an inch)

so i am in this lobby of the correctly named hotel but the wrong address. i ask the desk clerk for some info on where MY hotel is he tells me its about 10 minutes away. i sigh and call my mom...this is too embarrassing to tell my father. she tells me my aunt and uncle who live in Columbus can pick me up..i agree so she calls them and there is no answer...that plan is gone. she suggests i buy a hotel room there and sleep and wait for the locksmith to call me in the morning like he said he would..this is no good due to the fact i must be at my car to give him my information. and my car is 20 minutes from my would be hotel room..so that plan is out. and i left my cell phone charger in the hotel room tangled up in caseys hair iron...which i didnt realize..so i only had 1 out of 4 bars...so this is stressing me out as well. at this point im just speechless...

after this deliberation i am seriously considering calling a homeless shelter..getting the address and if there is any capicity and just sleeping in a homeless shelter for the night. (my douchbag ex..friends would pick their cells up when i called them to pick me up)

so finally here is the WORST news of all. ya know the locksmith that is going to call me tomorrow morning? well he wont be able to do anything until Monday since the key has to be made at a dealership and he thought the dealerships would be open on Sundays...they arnt open until Monday. so at this point i am stuck with hardly any money and im staying over in Columbus alone with basically no personal belongings to me but a back pack with 2 protein packets and a macrobolic nutrition book signed by the owner of MHP Gerald Dentre.

at this point the homeless shelter is looking like a serious option. so my dad calls me back and asks to speak to the desk clerk...he talks to my dad and he starts taking down credit card numbers. im thinking "wtf is going on??!"

he hands the phone back to me and my dad tells me that he is coming to Columbus he is taking the day off and he is going to help me get things straightened out.

this is something truly amazing here...when i was younger my father never helped me with anything at all. i mean NOTHING i was left to figure things out on my own just like he was when he was younger. this is to date the first time i can ever recall him helping me out of a problem i had gotten myself into. i was just amazed that in my 20 years of life on this earth that my dad was finally helping me with something...he must have really known how much i needed the help.

he tells me he will be there in the morning and that he bought me with his own money and credit card the best hotel room they had (the suite) he told me that he was going to bring his pistol and he would go into my room and straighten the people out who have been giving me so much ****. (he has a permit to carry) and when i was younger we would go and shoot guns because i lived in a VERY rural part of PA. and it would be our father some time. i hadn't done that with him since i was about 12 years old. it was just like when i was young and innocent and my father was teaching me how to do things. im not gonna lie when he told me he was bringing my .45 and we would go into the hotel room my friends stayed at and get my stuff...i got a little bit choked up. i have not hardly talked to my father in a month. i see him everyday but i never talk to him over the years we have grown apart.

after hearing this news and getting settled into the room and having a shower and some food. i decided to go exploring. i walked down this road and found that Ohio State university was just 10 minutes away. i also found a strip club..i had eaten and i had a hotel room...i figured i could spend a few hard earned dollars of mine at a nice lil strip club i found. i went in wearing one of those gray prolab tshirts and my same jeans and shoes i had worn all day and i met a dark haired beauty by the name of Courtney at the club. i told her ALL of my story and a few little parts i didnt mention in here. (too sappy) she LOVED it and she sat with me for pretty much the whole night and bought me drinks. she was a student at Ohio State and invited me back to her dorm room to stay..i declined i wanted my hotel room my father had purchased for me..but thanked her for the offer. i did however invite her to my room...and I'll leave the rest upto you boys to imagine.

to finish it... what happened was he drove his truck into Ohio to come and get me..he parked it at the hotel i was staying at and he arrived around 6 am. and he slept for about 2 hours before we went running around. (this was actually just this morning he got there) its been A LONG day


my friends had left the room ar around 9ish i suspected and we got there at about 1030 ish

Yea you gotta finish that story. I spent 10 minutes of my life trying to piece together that incoherent story with multiple words misspelled and missing. You have to at least tell us what happened when your pops arrived with his gun, if you fuc ed the stripper (yes you need pics), and what you did to those dumbass friends of yours.

like i said courney was a dark haired beauty and a fresh at Ohio State. she was actually a sweet girl aside from her occupation. she told me about her life and i told her about mine. we got along great and had some drinks...

as i said before courtney offered me to stay in her room..i declined and i guess i can spell it out for you boys...she came over to the hotel which was about 15 mins walking distance from the club she worked at. we spent a few minutes in my room i showed her some of my gear i got at the classic...most of it was in my car tho. i only had a book 3 tshirts and some random packets to show her..

so i rode in her car to her dorm room. i went there and i hungout with her and her roomate and i told her roomate the same story i told Courtney. her roomate was floored after i told her what had happened to me. She pulled out the pull out bed on the couch both girls got in their pj's i didnt have any...so she went over to this kids room and i borrowed a pair of his shorts..i didnt like the idea of borrowing some random kids short but she said he was clean and it was a PJ party..so i had to.

she broke out some soco and lime juice...and a joint. i layed there with them and we watched borat. and i kissed the one roomate a lil bit and got some touchie feelie in...that was it with her. and with courtney..i got a lil more.

all im sayin is that.
