If I MUST eat some fast food, what would be the best way to go?
All I can do is heat up stuff and eat sandwiches so I starve a lot of the time due to my busy schedule so fast food is a necessity for me since I can't cook and don't have time to run back to my dorm and try to find something to throw in the microwave. So, what would be the best things to eat at the major restaurants (McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Wendy's, etc.). I am bulking so high calories are needed I'm just trying to limit the fat and sodium intake as they are the 2 really bad factors of fast food. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

Maybe chicken burgers with no mayonaiise?
I don't think they'd be that bad on occasion.
Just stay away from fries and sugar filled drinks.
I'm also a huge Subway kinda guy.
Turkey foot long, wholemeal bread, heaps of salad, and extra turkey. Good stuff.
This also should be in the nutrition section.

So.........fast food is a supplement? I agree with the recommendation for Subway, otherwise almost all fast food is high in fat and salt.

Thanks Bro. What kind of subs would you recommend at Subway. I used to eat the steak and cheese but not a big fan of the new kind of steak they use.

Can't go wrong with Turkey, dude :P
It's processed, but it's better than cramming down some ****ty Burger King burger.
Oh, I'm also really fond of Chicken Fillet from Subway.
Sooo good, ehehe.

Here's an article from this site that has the top three choices from each restaraunt:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fastfood.htm#7
And another thing that I just found that doesn't look too bad that tastes really good is the chilly from Wendys. 6 g of fat (only 2.5 saturated), no trans fats, 20 g of carbs (only 6 sugar) and 17 grams of protein.

I also love KFC chicken fillet burgers. I think I've eaten about 4 of them in one sitting once.
I haven't had one for like 2 years though.

I should try the roast chicken sometime soon.
I've only really had turkey or chicken fillet.

take 4 caps of leen grean (or any other green tea extract) 15 min before your "cheat meal". green tea has been shown to inhibit lipase enzyme and by that it has the potential to inhibit / attenuate fat absorbtion.
why can't you carry a little bottle with you with a protein + oats mixture? I would strongly recomemnd you the latter because plain "dirty bulking" has a bad ratio of muscle-to-fat gains and is therefore really obsolete nowadays.

Here's my question. I take Digestive Enzymes that contain lipase. So if I have a cheat meal, I should have 4 servings of Green Tea Extract without the Enzyme? Also, will taking 3 servings per day clash with my Enzymes?

taking digestive enzymes (incl. lipase) will most probably counteract the effects from green tea.
If you want the lipase-inhibitory effect from GT, then I would guess to take it before a meal and to leave out the enzymes.
If you don't want the GT to interefer with digestion (but be aware: it's only the fat absorbtion that is concerned) then take it e.g. one hour after a meal.
but green tea has another nice property: it increases basal metabolic rate a little bit (but don't hold your breath on that; it won't account for more than a few dozens calories)

I think I'll definitely keep the enzymes, but I'll spread the doses out (between the GT and the enzymes)
Also, would there be any reason that someone would necessarily want lipase inhibited outside of a cheat meal? For the fat soluble vitamins and to get a good intake of dietary fat, wouldn't we want lipase?

In a pinch I sometimes get two Wendy's Caesar Chicken salads and skip the extras (dressing and croutons). They average (of course fast food doesn't weigh their chicken ) about 27 g of protein per salad.

It mostly depends on the dose and on the timing, IMO. If you take 4 caps of LG before each meal you surely will have a different effect when compared to 1 cap spread throughout the day (in total 3 caps is the recommended dose, AFAIK). the latter would probabably not have negative effects on vitamin absorbtion, while the first one surely could have.

Chicken/Tuna sub from Subway if you can get it... If not, try to stick to grilled chicken breast burgers and just whipe off the mayo. Most places offer these now I think, but McDonalds has a really tasty one and it's definetely not as bad for you as other options on their menu...

My fast food meal for today was Wendy's Griled Chicken Sandwich with no bread and a Small order of Chili. How's that?
