Frostein
I know this one has been thrown around a little bit in the past, but I just wanted to share some personal thoughts.
This stuff is awesome! I managed to get my hands on a jar, for well, let's just say it was one of the perks of hitting the Arnold Expo. Anyway...
The taste is just phenomenal. The ingredients include Milk Protein Isolate and Ion-Exchange Whey concentrate, Adiotize (adipose EFA), MCTs and Hemp Oil. You're looking at 28 tbsp in a jar, with each tbsp having 83 calories, 7g of fat, 5g of protein and no carbs. There's quite a bit of info on it at **************.com and proteinfaction.com. It looks to be pretty pricey--I think it runs around 20 bones a pop. I just wanted to give it my two thumbs up. It's a great source of quality, concentrated calories and definitely would fit in nicely for any in the keto club.

Rock...the Scorpion King! I guess they've got a chocolate out now. I personally would have rather seen them do a Peanut Butter flavor, also. Another one I thought would be damn tasty is something like Maple.

Rock...I'm not sure if they do either, but sounds dayum good to me. I like to use the Maple Extract Flavoring you find in the grocery in my oats and in other concoctions...tastes just like maple syrup (I think...haven't had any of that stuff for a long-ass time!). How 'bout caramel? Dayum, T-Bo needs to go get some Frostein!

Fit, I hear ya, bro. I was just giving some feedback. You have to admit, though, if you were given a jar of this, you would not hand it back and say "No Thanks" A handout is a handout:-)
I agree that you can mix up your own pudding or frosting. With the right protein, some flax, or even some PB, you can make a dayum tasty concoction. For example, the old Advanced Protein mixed up rather thickly. I would mix two scoops of it with two tablespoons of natty pb and freeze it for 20-30 minutes. Bust that bad-boy out and it was like chocolate peanut butter fudge!

Hawk...I don't think that "Frostein" is really supposed to be a protein "supplement" per se, but rather a good source of EFAs and concentrated calories with a very good blend of complete proteins to "complement" a meal or used between meals. Think of it like peanut butter with quality protein and EFAs.

Sorry to sound like Tom Hanks in "Big"...but..."I don't get it."
Is it worth all that just for the taste? What's wrong with good old-fashioned, affordable flax oil and protein? Get MORE of each, same GOOD stuff, at only the tiniest fraction of the price.
