Delts look good front side, they look bad front the front. Which head?
Heres the deal, my delts look pretty good from the side view. However, they look terrible from the front view. Which delt head is the one lagging? I'm not sure if its anterior or lateral?

if the delts look bad from the front as in when you stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself straight ahead, it's the side delts that are lagging. Do more laterals to make the delts look wider. Of course gotta put on some overall size as well.

both anterior and lateral...if your delts look good from the side you have strong rear delts(but this seems very unlikey). It is the rear delt that gives your shoulders thickness from the side view... so train heavy presses and lateral raises...

My doc told me that i have an internal hemmeriod(spelling?), so i have to lay low on the proteins for now and seriously up my fiber intake. I'm currently eating 3-4 fruits a day and eating Go Lean Cereal morning and night and drinking lots of water. I still haven't seen any results.
So back to topic: I should hit the anterior and lateral muscles hard? And continue trying to put on more weight
