What area of the Rotator Cuff is involved in pulling motions?

I tried doing barbell rows last week and I felt a sharp pain in my rotator cuff. I can do pushing motions no problem. I've rested for about a week and tried doing light pullng motions today, but it still hurt. What RC exercise can i perform to help with pulling motion?

Thanks in advance.

The Infraspinatus and Teras Minor are the parts of the RC used in transverse extention.

Perform external rotations for prehabilitation.
