you're having five glasses of green tea per day, so i'm sure you might have a glass or two more every now and then. i'm not sure how many calories are in it or if you sugar it down but i'd probably cut it down to 1 or 2 glasses per day. substitue those other calories with another good food product instead.

What are your goals? cutting? bulking? and how well is that diet doing at meeting your goals?
Do you count calories? If so how many do you eat per day? If not, then try counting them, it's a real eye opener.
Either way You probably want to add some nuts in there (almonds, peanuts etc), and flax seed oil, so your getting the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
How strict are you on meal 6? really strict, or does your gf cook up any old junk ?

There's no calories in green tea.

Well, I'm trying to cut, so far I have lost 28lbs in 3 months from just training and diet but it was probabley mostly water loss and i have just started it seriously with the hydroxycut so I am aiming for the usual 6 pack look so its not a weight goal as such. I forgot to add that I do have 2 tea spoons of Peanut butter with my eggs but it usually ends up as 3, yummy!!!!! Meal 6 for me is crap because I can't expect my girlfriend to eat what i want to. It can sometimes be 'freezer' food or freshly made currys, bolognaises etc. I think I'll try adding more protein to my mid morning and mid afternoon meals, tuna is nice and easy and I love it plain.

Meal 6 sounds good! I do agree with your additions but i cant eat cottage cheese because its sick!, what else? On the back of the Hydroxycut pack it does say 3 times a day 30mins before food, is this flexible?

Make sure what you're eating for meal 6 is healthy, that means staying away from the bolagnaises (sp?) and the freezer food. There's plenty of healthy choices out there that your chick will be sure to dig into.
Also, I don't (and wouldn't) use Hydroxycut. The ephedra free version sucks royaly. Go to the supplements forum and ask around about a better fat burner. Liquid Clenbutrx, Tight!, and Nutrex's Lipo-6 (w/ ephedra) are all pretty good according to the folks around here.

nice one AlexPSU, I have got some now so I guess I'll just have to finish it off but I'll look into other fat burners. Why would bolognaise be bad? Isnt it just tomatoes, mince meat, onions etc?

I'm not French so I have no idea what bolagnaise is, I actually thought it was a creamy sauce. I still think that you'd be better off making a decent meal, something like marinaded chicken with brown rice and grilled peppers is really tasty and really good for you.
