I don't eat ground meats anymore. I buy round steak or a chuck roast and cut it into bite size peices and make chili and other stuff out of it.

I use turkey, not beef...but anyway, I just brown it in a pan and keep it in the fridge. I stuff red peppers with it or put it in omelets.

Put a pan on the stove over high heat and add the meat to the hot pan.
Mash and stir it with a wooden spoon or spatula till it is brown. Season it with salt and pepper or what ever you like and drain the fat if you want.
Add pasta sauce or whatever sauce you want and serve it on pasta or rice or potatos.

If you have the heat on high it will take less than 5 minutes.

You will just have to take a chance and cook. I messed up so many meals when I first started cooking. Try watching the Food Network on tv, you will learn alot.

I fry it up in a pan and then rinse it under hot water to clean off as much fat as I can.
Throw it on some rice with salsa and you're good to go!

I only get 4%fat ground beef, I throw the beef on the frying pan and once it gets a little brown I throw in about 1/2 a can of diced tomatos and then add lots of tapatio. Simple and delicious

I cook it with plenty of onions, peas, and mushrooms. Add tomato sauce at the end.

Ding,Ding,Ding,Ding we have a winner.
Get some of those taco seasoning packs in the spice section at the grocery store. Not much easier than that.
