Which supp. to take?? opinions please.
NOW Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator vs. NOW Silymarin Milk Thistle Extract
It appears they are both contain the same amount of silymarin...
If I have never done or used anything to help my liver out should I use the detoxifier supp to start out with and then use the other later down the line? I drank pretty heavily in college.
