Is this enough for liver support?

I'm doing a mild oral cycle - 50mg winstrol ED + 50mg T-bol ED

and my buddy just gave me a bottle of this stuff which has:

Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum Marianum)(Seed/Fruit) Std. To 80% Silymarin 56 Mg 70 Mg N/A*

Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinale)(Root) 200 Mg N/A*

Phosphatidylcholine (LECI-PC) 100 Mg N/A*

Inositol 500 Mg N/A*



if I take 2 capsules per day like it recommends would that be enough?

Anabolic Extremes makes a pretty good all in one product....you can only do so much...probably the best thing right off the bat is drop one of those orals...the results from them individually are pretty similar so to me it would either be one or the other....pratically everybody here would recommend some test as well.

after experimenting with methyltrienolone, I consider drinking bleach to be "mild"

Bleach is real hard on your kidneys, be careful..
