im just curious on a varity of good Halal foods, such as for bulking?
and for cutting please?.
/ on a side not: i've researched does this sounds about right.
to cut i need to reduce carb intake. Increase cardio... how do i know how much to do to reduce muscle loss?. and obviously do weighted abs excercises.
