Smile My journey to single digit bodyfat %

Well here we go. I posted some pics before and talked about my story and ****. and i know im not that big yet, but im really feeling a cut. Im about 15% BF now, and i want to get down to 8%. I never was lower then 13%. So, this is big. I plan on cutting for 3 solid months. And i would appreciate any support or advice, since il lneed it. Ill post some old pictures. Ill take monthly pictures of my progress. maybe perhaps bi-weekly. Idk. But here we go. And i feel like im off to a bad start. I ate like a pound of salmon, and i didnt know a serving was 3 oz. Hehe, 1 lb = 800 cal, 150 g protein, and 50 g fat. O well, it was only the first day. I still balanced like 2500 caloreis today.

anywaym for those that are interested. Here what il lbe doing.

Nutrients. (eating every 3 hours)

My matinence = 2800 cal

Cutting phase = 2300 cal (what im going for daily)
*im doing a refeeding weekly on saturday of 3300 cal*
*supplementing with ON's whey protein daily, and glutamine daily.

Daily Protein = 190g
Daily Carbs = 175g
Daily Fat = 80g

Mon = REST DAY
Tues = Jog (45 min)
Weds = Lift
Thurs = Jog (45 min)
Fri = Lift
Sat = Jog (45 min)
Sun = Lift; then walk (30 min)

*jogging wil lbe on empty stomach in morning.
**I havent figured out what muscle groups ill be lifting yet on the certain days. Im changing my whole routine so ill post that soon.

ill post anything else up i remember later. Please feel free to comment on my routine and tell me what you think. Im really hoping icanm drop to single digit BF% for the first time in these 3 months (or less!)

Heres some pics:

if i was yuo i'd put some muscle on ... you got rid of that fat but now you look like a stick. no offense.
muscle will raise your metabolism, fill you out and hopefully help you keep the weight off, also get you laid.

In the long run, you might be better off to put on like 10 good lbs of muscle. Raise your metabolism, and it'll widen you out and give you more of a V taper.

yea, i know a lot of people want me to keep bulking and i kinda know i need to. But in the last 9 months i came a long way. I put on at least a solid 10 lbs of "actual" muscle. Added about 2 inches to my arms, or more, i havent measured in a while. So i mean i know i need to gai na lot more muscle, like 20 lbs more, lol, at least. But right now , im getting sick of bulking. and my gains are going slower and slower. IM ready for a cut. I think it will do all the good in the world for me, plus it wil lhelp when i start bulknig again.
