11 am -
12 AM - 6 EGG WHITES raw+ tang
1 pm -
2 pm - 2 chiken breast
3 pm -
4 pm - 2 cans of tuna + apple
5 -pm
6- pm 1- ad + apple
7 pm 4 sandwitches loaded wit veges + ripped fuel (2 tabs)
8- pm GYM - CHEST + ABS + CARDIO FOR 10 MINS
9 PM GYM
10 - PM Protien shake 45 g Protein Labrada Low Carb LEAN BODY + 6 egg whites raw + 1 ad
11 pm - mutilvitamin centrum
12 Pm -Chilled out online with my personal diary and thn off to bed unless i sneek into the fridge for some apple,

This is gonna be my routine pretty much so i wont be putting this up all the time , i will put my stats up soon and incase i feel anything i will let u know , 300 mg is bull so far , my water intake is very high so maybe its safe there. will be taking my 4-ad before workout next time.
