Hey i dont know if this would help anyone but i will be UPDATEING thiS ON REGULAR BAISIS . Daily if possible - If some1 could put it up as a stiky did be of gr8 help.

Supplements Intake - Ergo 1-AD , ERGO 4-AD , Protein Supp -Labrada Low Carb LEAN BODY.

Diet - protein shake , Eggs, Chiken Breast , Tuna , Vege Sandwitches, bajra (its high in proteins and fiber and has a little carbs, its a indian dish), fruits,fishes, soy. multivitamins (centrum) + ribbed fuel

-------------------------------1-AD /4-AD CYCLE------------------------------
1-AD 300 MG - 4-AD 300 MG For 1st week - 1-ad - 600 mg and 4-ad 600 mg For 2nd week and Week 3 and 4 1-ad 900 Mg and 4-ad 600 mg AND POST CYCLE 6oxo will decide the intake later .

Time Table -

Morning -
9 am - Protien shake 45 g Protein Labrada Low Carb LEAN BODY

10 am - Bajra (high in protien and fiber and a litte carbs) + multivitamins (centrum) + tang (VIT C)
+1-AD 100 MG + 4 ad 300 mg

11 am -

12 AM - 6 EGG WHITES raw+ tang

1 pm -

2 pm - 2 chiken breast

3 pm -

4 pm - 2 cans of tuna + apple

5 -pm

6- pm 1- ad + apple

7 pm 4 sandwitches loaded wit veges + ripped fuel (2 tabs)

8- pm GYM - CHEST + ABS + CARDIO FOR 10 MINS

9 PM GYM

10 - PM Protien shake 45 g Protein Labrada Low Carb LEAN BODY + 6 egg whites raw + 1 ad

11 pm - mutilvitamin centrum

12 Pm -Chilled out online with my personal diary and thn off to bed unless i sneek into the fridge for some apple,

Using Hair wash Nizoral To Keep it safe.

This is gonna be my routine pretty much so i wont be putting this up all the time , i will put my stats up soon and incase i feel anything i will let u know , 300 mg is bull so far , my water intake is very high so maybe its safe there. will be taking my 4-ad before workout next time.

Any suggetions are welcome . I might not be able to reply instantly but i will reply the next day for sure. gimme about 10 hrs incase i miss out on ur mesage.

Any Changes and u guys will be the first to know.Thanx a lot to all you guys who helpedme , i guess its my turn to help s ome1 whoz new to this sport , a sport which i call LIFE = BodyBuilding.

Day 2

Day 2
Well Obviously not any changes PHYSICALLY (i wished) -
My schedule went for a little toss today *- i will be adding CORN to my dinner tonight besides tht everything else is gonna be the same.

*But i guess Mr 1-AD has decided to take my sleep away .
and give me a little gas problem.

Well gas problems can be managed .
But sleep is really difficut to come . Was wondering if i could pop in a couple of sleeping pills , i m sure it would help but i dont know if i should while i am on 1-ad / 4-ad ?

HELP NEEDED !
Anyone got any input on the sleeping bit ?
any of you faced the sleeping problem , If yes How did u overcome it ?

- i have beed trainging drop sets in the gym with each body part , Giving the body a little shock and some hard pain , Should work well with 1-AD / 4-AD

Your body is making adjustment to the new hormonal changes and some people do experience restlessness and slight insomnia.

Do the obvious like staying away from caffiene products or high sugar products close to bedtime, but otherwise be patient and try avoid sleeping tablets for the meantime. If you are really tired then have a 10 minute power nap during the early afternoon. Try set a routine of going to ebd and waking at the same time each day.

Major mood Swings mann , and by the end of my work out had my last set going and i suddenly went low and dead as if some1 was dead in frnt of me ) anyways i guess a couple of days of adjusting should do the trick and a lot of water

When I use 1-AD, I get tired. i get jacked up in the gym (mostly 'casue after day 10, the results are really noticable), but after i could sleep for days.

Guess the hormonal changes effect people in different ways.

Try melotonin, it is light, natural and works. I change time zones about once a week and when I am 8-9 hours out of phase (time diff from previous time zone) a work out, sauna and then melatonin puts me out for the count.

Easy non-narcotic sleep. Try it.

Last week when I started my heavy dose of 1-test & 4-ad I experienced some really bad insomnia. I was pretty much up for 2 straight days. I picked up some tylenol PM to help and it worked well. I had to stop my cycle for the rest of the week because the lack of sleep brought on a cold. I am back on cycle equipped with some script sleeping pills for the duration of my cycle. There is no point in pumping PHs into your body if you can't sleep.

Day 3

Hey SAME DIET JUST ONCE AGAIN - was tempted int some DARK CHOCLATES thts about it - , Diet has not gone up yet or low yet its just wht it was .

Workout Power i dont see any drastic changes either worth mentioning , Well Hell its just DAY 3 - So got a long way to go ,

Sleep i m not tht worried cause i manage to sleep by 5 am and i sleep till 2 pm so i guess i get good rest and thn i rest throughout the day too as i m not working right now . So Fkuc the sleep , i have given up on tht .
i Dont wanna add any more toxic into my body whle i m on PHs , So i guess its a big NONO to sleeping pills.

DAY 4

Day 4 was badddddddddddddddddddddd -
and Hardddddddddddddddd

Well for some reason my diet went kind of low today i was actully stuffing things into myself .
Had a Head Ache,
Dint workout much in the gym , Just did my triceps and could not take the headache anymore so just quit there .
I guess its due to the Phs ,

went to sleep after coming back home without having my post workout meal , And now i m Up having everything i want to ,
Felling much better after getting some sleep.

will update u later on the rest. diets the same , i did get the low carb , low cal Labrada Protien shake , taste pretty good .

i have Universal ANIMAL PACK RAGE , its a PRE WORKOUT DRINK and it taste Ugly , it made me puke the last time i had it , anyways is it fine if i add it to my stack with 1-ad / 4-ad ,

Am i missing something here or wtf? Why would you take a prework out drink that makes you puke when you can't get through a normal work out as it is?

Unless you have your diet and workout in control, no stack on earth is going to help you. A PH adds maybe 5% to the total, they help get you over humps, but sh*t man, they ain't magic pills.

Do what you gotta do to go to the gym and work out 'till you almost puke from the intensity. Repeat 4x a week, eat right and you will make real gains.
