Not bad. A tip though; when you do DB curls, dont twist your wrists.

When you twist your wrists, the brachialias and the forearm take over the begining of the movement. Keeping the palms up isolates the biceps through the entire range of motion.

Well you can be 100% shure but judging by the shape of the biceps, the develpment of the forearms and how they connect with the brachialis, it looks like his forearms are taking the bis out of the motion. It worked for me anyway.
