How would you react in this situation with your gf/wife

I own a few small companies and right now I'm not doing too well, financially. I've had to let go a few people and I'm seriously in debt.

So I ask my wife for some help. She doesn't work. I pay for all the bills and all her expenses, from her lovely shoes to her gym membership. She spends her days with her friends, out shopping, or just at home.

I need a secretary badly and right now I can't afford one. It's not complicated work, just keeping my schedule, answering calls, getting things organized, nothing really complicated.

Her answer, "I don't want to be a secretary, it's demeaning work"

Me, "well, you're doing it for me, not just anyone."

Her, "I'm sorry"

I get really pissed, do everything except hit her.

I really can do without this kind of person. I'm seriously on the verge of just leaving her

sounds like a gold digger/freeloader. Tell her to get her ass in gear otherwise...well just lay down the law cause it sounds like without you shed be pretty screwed.

talk to a financial advisor and get busy in your local chamber of commerce.

also, if you really are having trouble with debt you can refinance your house to consolidate it all.

first off, we need pics of this chick. for somebody to say that, they need to be decently hot. i mean at least an 8 on a socal scale. that being said, you can drive yourself into debt, and then divorce her. that way all of the bad credit and everything goes into her name as well (as far as i know, unless all the cards are in your name too). you could also sell the businesses to your brother or somebody you trust very much, as well ass putting all of your money in an offshore account or also giving that to your brother or whoever. then drop her like she wasn't hot, and she'll be left high and dry.

financially, i would sell all the businesses, but one, and focus on that and generating the most possible revenue.
