T_I's Gaspari SizeOn Review
(1): Isomer, T. Effects of Gaspari SizeOn on Resistance Training (2006) [Unpublished]
Abstract: The ergogenic/nootropic effects of SizeOn (SO) (One sample packet) on subject T_I with an empty stomach were studied. Effects of SO were determined by data collection of focus, mood, energy, strength, and pumps. Collection of the data occurred on five (5) minute, ten (10) minute, thirty (30) minute, and sixty (60) minute intervals. Subject ingested one dose of SO with additional eight (8) ounces of H20, on an empty stomach peri-workout. Subject then continued activity (exercise) and was stopped at time intervals to assess ergogenic/nootropic effects. Subject noted that mixability of SO powder was good, taste of powder was excellent, effect upon focus was good, effect upon mood was good, effects upon pumps was excellent, and effect upon strength was good. Conclusion: SO taken on empty stomach peri-workout had a pronounced effects upon focus, mood, strength, energy and pumps taken before exercise activity.
Procedure:
• 1 dose taken Peri-Workout (30) minutes before exercise ended.
• Dose taken during afternoon time
• Dose taken on empty stomach (2 hours from last meal)
• Data will be collected 5 mins, 10 mins, 30 mins, 60 mins, 120 mins, after ingestion of dosage
Data:
5 minutes after initial ingestion: No pronounced effects felt.
10 minutes after initial ingestion: No pronounced effects felt.
15 minutes after initial ingestion: Pronounced effects felt.
60 minutes after initial ingestion: Pronounced effects felt.
120 minutes after initial ingestion: Pronounced effects felt.

Mixability: 4/5- Threw a sample pack of SO into a shaker and mixed with 8 ounces of water. Mixed good, there was some settling of contents onto the bottom of the shaker, not much.
Taste: 5/5- The flavor is "Arctic Lemon Ice". It tasted really great, its really sweet, but yet tasted like the candy lemonheads if you mixed them with a little bit of sprite... really really good.
Focus: 4/5- The writeup states that the Outlast™ complex is SO is a nootropic carbohydrate blend... I again took the SO Peri-Workout near the end of my workout and I usually start feeling tired, exhausted, etc, but felt a bit of 'pep' and not as drained.
Mood: 4/5- A nice pickup in mental energy was noticed, so mood was elevated, not as tired as I usually am near the end of my workout.
Energy: 4/5- A nice mental and physical pickup was noticed, again not as tired or sluggish as usual... good stuff.
Pumps: 5/5- 'Muscle hardness' I feel is a more appropriate term here... usually an hour or so after the gym I lose the 'pump' but with SO my muscles seemed to stay rock solid for hours after the gym... it really was incredible.
Strength: 4/5- Can't say too much here, especially just after using one sample packet, especially since I used this product peri-workout, but I was better able to maintain intensity on my last few sets where I am usually starting to feel the effects of exhaustion.
Note- Again this was only after after ingestion of one (1) sample pack of SO, but from the samples used, I am impressed, and I would definitely recommend this product.
