Need Some Help or Advice
Ok right now im at around 170 with roughly 10-12% body fat. My goal is to get down to 7-8% body fat. How does this look for what im trying to do....
Supplements I am taking..
-500mg L-Carnitine
-2x daily Green Tea Extract 250mg / 200mg green tea
-Fish Oil pill
Here is a typical day of exercise/diet...
150 Oatmeal (old fashioned oats)
90 Protein powder (designer brand whey)
10 maple syrup (sugar free)
30 NO Xplode
8:30 am = 280 Calories 23g protein

4x10 skull crushers (laying down elbows up weight to head and back up)

3x 1 minute 6'' leg hold (lay on back hold legs straight up 6'' for 1 min)
3x 1 minute ab bridge (On elbows straight back hold for 1 min)
3x40 Oblique with pole (stand bar across back like squat, turn bar 90 alternating sides)
-10 min Steady Cardio
-10 min HIIT Cardio (stationary bike 30 seconds hard 30 seconds easy)

25 Milk (2% milkfat)

1:30 pm = 395 Calories 36g protein
2:15 pm NO-Xplode and green tea extract pill

Totals 2035 Calories 182g protein
Those are my food and exericse totals for any given day give or take a few hundred calories (usually less). any thoughts?
