Everything seems bad..what is TRULY good?
I read these threads non-stop now and what I have concluded is that everyone has such abstract views on just about every food out there. What I'm trying to do is compile a list of foods that the majority aggrees are truly good for you. All foods are welcome, but I'm trying to cut, so foods specific to cutting are even more appreciated. I came to these forums to get cleared up on what to eat as far as protien bars, protein powder, and general meals. But right now, I'm just confused as hell on what eat. Please help me!
