eating right

Hey everybody, right now I weigh 280 pounds, im 6"2 and im 17. I'm actually done from 300 but want to get my diet down right. Now lets say I want to start eating the 5-8 meals a day, and I want to keep it simple and eat the same foods over and over, lets say, eggs in the morning, tuna at lunch and chicken breast for supper, What others foods should i eat throughout the day? I mean to meet my caloric intake which will be 2500, I could eat literally a WHOLE box of saltines, or probably a bag of popcorn for every meal, but that wouldnt be healthy i wouldnt imagine. Thanks for your input

k go ahead eats lotsa veggies, put some fruit in your diet, get some healthy carbs (whole grains, like pastas, breads, rice)...to up the calories you can put some good dairy and fats in your diet, like low fat cheeses, yogurts, natural pb, oils, etc....put together fun but balanced meals, like wraps, salads, etc....if you need more cals in the salad even w/ dressing add some beans
