I'm planning on staying clean but I guess that's easier for a girl to say? =)
I know that chili is a huge Super Bowl favorite so here's a healthy recipe for it:

Ive been low carbing to, though not purposly i just find at the end of the day my carbs are really low like 90g. But beside that im not big on football but im thinking about having a cheat day today because im going to a christing party that will fold over to a superbowl party. The only reason i dont want to cheat is because im going out to dinner tommorow.

Cheat Day
Ok... not too bad for me. I'm doing Lay's BAKED Potato Chips, Broiled Shrimp in Salsa and Veggie Tray with Salsa (and a little Low Fat Ranch mixed in). Staying away from the brewski's if I can help it.

i'mma have some chicken wings and some rice (or whatever other carbs they have at the party). aside from that, i'm bringing some sandwiches and protein powder to the party.
the only thing is, i'm going to drink. i'm chosing to drink vodka with diet coke. i purposely didn't drink all week because i knew i'd be drinking today
can't get TOO fu@ked up tho, 'cause i have a work-out tomorrow!

I went the opposite way. The family is cooking all kinds of meatballs/desserts/pasta etc...
I went to the store and bought 3 big chicken breasts. It gives me a sense of self satisfaction to know I stayed away from the evil food.

dude i dont wanna sound rude but why are you low carbing if your just getting over an E.D. that is the last thing your body needs right now. stop going in the same path and just try to gradually add carbs to each meal except for the last meal of the day....if you dont things will never get better.

Yea i know, i dont do it purposly just the foods that are open to me are usually no carbs, Though today i had a few whole wheat rolls and pasta! along with 2 slices of deli sandwhiches and a crapload of peanuts. Everyone was eating chips and im like hogging the peanut bowl lmao i resisted the cake though. To full and felt kinda sick from all the peanuts.

i'm sitting here pretending to do homework while watching the game. I went and bought some cantaloupe to eat for the game. So I guess I'm staying clean although carbs will be a bit higher than normal.
Go colts!

everyone ordered from dickey's bbq. so i tried to get a mix of the pork tenderloin (9 grams of fat per 6 oz) and the turkey breast (13 grams of fat per 6 oz) some jalapeno beans and a plain caesar salad. i get my food and the food's all greasy, loaded with chunks of fat from the pork and the salad is loaded with croutons and dressing. i should have just ordered the ribs and steak fries. their nutritional info on their website is ****ing worthless.
