Just a question, After a hard day its great to eat and fall on the bed for 1h or so......How does this affect my cutting diet? Say I have 9oz of Chicken or Salmon and hit the sack for 1 hour, is this a no no?
When I was dieting for a show, and therefore low on energy, I would take a nap for an hour or two after I trained and ate. Sometimes you just need to recharge those batteries.
