Basketball is ending for me soon and I want to FINALLY dedicate myself to lifting...i've lifted on and off for the past 2 years but my results haven't been too great.
After looking through my pictures(I know I can't pose,just trying to mimic what I see on this site)-can anyone suggest a hypertrophy specific program for me to follow-I have tried a modified 5x5 for a while but I have heard this program is more geared towards strength than size, and now that basketball is over I am not worried about strength as much. If anyone has or can direct me towards a good three day per week program that would be great.

Current Stats: 6'4", 200 pounds, 220 BP, 250 Squat, Deadlift

Edit: Wow it really doesn't look like I gained 30 pounds

, it must just be spread out over my tall frame.
