Any help?
I have been working on these for a while - I have the front split almost down, but I just can't get my legs to open to the side anymore.
I read Thomas Kurz's Stretching Scientifically and I followed it pretty well. One thing that he mentioned is that low hip adductor strength can stop someone from accomplishing the side split. So, I
started working on it, and after a few months, I am now able to hip adduct the entire machine, which is 190 pounds.
Any ideas? Please - I want to do a side split so bad!
