I just ate KFC (_)///D~~~
My first real cheat this month. I had the meal where they give you extra crispy breast, drumstick, biscuit, and cole slaw. I didn't plan on eating it, it's just my parents brought it home, and there was nothing else to eat. It was the most satisfying thing I've eaten so far this year, I mean it was purely orgasmic. I literally almost spooged it was so incredible. I felt really guilty after eating it though, but then I went on the website and calculated the nutrition, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. 1060 calories, 58g of fat (7 trans), 80g of carbs, and 52g of protein. Considering I didn't get in my normal 6 meals today, I think it fit into my macros. I'm gonna work 2x as hard in the gym now.

Popeyes spicey chicken is the best damn chicken around. Popeyes bisquits, red beans and rice and even cole slaw are 10 x better than KFC.

You know whats funny? 2 months ago they put a Popeyes in the town next to me. Previously the closest Popeyes was 60 plus miles. Now, Popeyes is always full of people and KFC only has 1 car in the parking lot. They just remodeled the KFC in my town and a Popeyes is going in less than a half a mile from it. Here is to hoping KFC closes!

KFC said they were changing their oil to be trans fat free.

Umm no maybe its because KFC chicken sucks compared to popeyes.
Popeyes fries, biscuits and chicken own the **** out of KFC's. At least the one in Manhatten New York owns any KFC I have ever had.

No Popeyes is about as expenisve as KFC but it tastes better. I prefer the spicey chicken. The bisquits or buns or WTF you call them tastes much better. Red beans and rice is superb. Cajun battered fries are very tasty. Cole slaw is so much better. I have yet to try the Jumbalie (sp?) because once I get stuck on something I stick with it.

Popeye's is to KFC as McDonalds is to Jack-in-the-Box (not sure if you have those either). Slightly different selection and taste, but it's pretty much a derivative because KFC is considered the standard.
