How does this look for an off-day?
5'10", 150lbs, 15%bf, today is an off day for me, wanted your opinions on my intake for today.
Breakfast
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 scoop whey
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice fat free cheddar
535 calories, 55g carbs, 47g protein, 13g fat
Snack
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup oats
2 tbsp natty pb
1/2 scoop whey
555 calories, 52g carbs, 43g protein, 20g fat
Lunch
1.5 cups brown rice
1 cup broccoli/cauliflower
4oz grilled salmon
4oz romaine lettuce w/balsamic vinegar dressing
380 calories, 54g carbs, 25 g protein, 4g fat
Snack
2 slices whole wheat bread
3 slices fat free turkey
1 slice fat free cheddar
180 calories, 18g carbs, 25g protein, 0g fat
Dinner
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 turkey burger
1 slice fat free cheddar
4 oz romaine lettuce w/ salsa for dressing
340 calories, 30g carbs, 32g protein, 9g fat
Snack
1 cup yogurt
80 calories, 14g carbs, 7 g protein, 0g fat
Pre-bed Snack
1/2 cup cottage cheese
80 calories, 5g carbs, 14g protein, 1g fat
Adds up to about 2200 calories, 240g carbs, 200g protein, and 50g fat
I try to eat more calories/carbs earlier in the day on my off days. What do you all think?
