If you stop taking creatine(must read)
if you stop takin creatine say after takin it for 6 - 8 months... you go off and just dont jump back on will you lose all your noticeable size changes? go from lookin bulky back to lookin skinny? just curious because i never knew that answer....im only 190 pounds and need to gain some weight but i dont wanna be dependant on it all my life... so i was wondering if i chose to stop after around 8 months and went legit would i lose everything i worked for until then with my NOTICEABLE size changes? thanks

Sounds like you're a woman in a sense. Rambling on, making no sense, as I zone out focusing on somthing else ,and then bam-- it hits me----It's only a post I don't have to read it. Do a search.

stopping creatine wont make you lose 50lb, youll only lose like maybe 5-8lb (youll gain 5-8lb when you first start creatine anyway)

You'll lose some water weight and possibly some strength as well but neither will be huge. You can easily overcome it by adjusting training and diet a bit to compensate.

you dont need to go on and off creatine. just stay on it and there is nothing to worry about. if you do lose weight it will be pretty much all water.

I go on and off creatine all the time and it has never lost me any weight, don't know about other people but if you were to lose weight i doubt it would be much if anything.

I've gone on and off of it once, and I did notice a loss in size because of the fact that I didn't follow up lifting post stopping it. As long as you compensate for getting off of it by lifting, it shouldn't be that bad.

Creatine really doesn't do that much...You won't notice a difference at all.

You must go on and off of creatine if you want to get the results you are looking for. This is called cycling. If you are taking creatine and never cycle it your body will become use to it. When you go on an off cycle for about two weeks and get back on creatine, you will get results. If you think im just talking sh*t check out this article. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/phano85.htm

Eh, I'm nervous about going off creatine as well. As a matter of fact, I havn't touched creatine just because I'm worried if I went off it I'd lose the gains.

Some people said you will lose mass and strength, so if cycled properly creatine will give you size and strength? How long should your cycles last?
