Cutting Diet
Hopefully you guys can help me get this diet perfect, I've been lifting for 2 months now, but I never really asked any questions about my current diet. Right now I'm doing my initial cut to lose that extra body fat I've been carrying around for a while. I'm 5'6", and when I started I weighed about 217lbs, I'm currently right around 192lbs, so I'm happy. I'll list my current diet and supps below.
8:30 am- 4oz chicken or turkey or sliced turkey(cold cut), 1 slice multi grain bread(toasted), 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, coffee. Supps: Multi, and 1g Fish Oil
11:30 am- Pre Workout protein shake-ON 100% Whey Gold Standard w/water
1:00 pm- Post Workout protein shake-same as pre shake
3:30 pm- This is my problem area, sometimes I'm not in the mood to eat because of lifting and everything and I usually don't eat. If I do it's usually a can of tuna w/salad and like 1tsp of mustard instead of mayo.
7:00 pm- 4-6oz of chicken or turkey wih salad, 2tsp mustard, sometimes I'll substitute spinach instead of salad.
9:45 pm- Pre-bed Muscle Milk shake, switching to ON Casein since it has less fat and calories, and more casein, 1g Fish Oil.
So, how's it look? Is there anything I should change? Should I take any of the supps differently? I'd like to hear all opinions because who knows, maybe I've been doing this all wrong lol. Thanks!
