So I got some wheat flat bread...boring...until....


Spread Wheat Flat Bread with Avacado homemade perfered for naturalness
Lightly Salt and Pepper to Taste
Top with Lean meat in my case Cracked Pepper Turkey Boars Head
Some low fat cheese
Then Som Onion, and Tomato's........

Oh so yummy...a nice change from the traditional sandwich..

Also try this with Tuna
