I want to compete 2010.
I am 5'7.5" 15 years old, I started training 2 years ago. I used to be fat, got skinny, then wanted to get bigger.
In September 2009- I was 130 at 6% bodyfat, I was 130 for like 8 months. I started to get serious. At 6 meals a day 3200 clean calories a day. My workout became more intense. I slept long for 9-11 hours. My muscles just pumped up and got shocked, grew w/e.
Now at this day- I am 152 at 11% body fat. You can see cross striations in my chest and it's thicker, my abs are blockier, my biceps are fuller, my back is wider/thicker, shoulders are gradually sprouting, legs are harder and stronger. I look better.
My lifts:
At 130: At 152:
Max Bench- 110 Max Bench- 160-170 (last 7 days)
Max Squat- 120 Max Squat- 200-210 (last 7 days)
Max Deadlift- 95 Max Deadlift- 250 (yesterday)
That Sucked! Wow!
My dream is to be a bodybuilder. I love the sport, I love everything about it. I watch youtube videos and muscular development videos all the time. I know every Pro and stuff, and a lot about bodybuilding lifestyle. I want to live it. People tell me all the time at school and at the gym, that I have potential and they support me to become one. I want to compete after all the hard work. I think how cool would it be to be a teen bodybuilder, all the girls crowding around you, all the attention, people saying wow you have serious potential. That would be great.
A Day In the Life
5:30 am- wake up
6:00 am- eat Meal 1 (Omelet 7 egg whites, 2 egg yolks, 1.5 cup dry oats, 12 almonds)
9:00 am- eat Meal 2 ( 60g C whole wheat bread, 40g P turkey slices, 1tbsp PB)
12:00 pm-eat Meal 3 (2 scoop Myofusion, 1 banana, 1 Clif Bar)
3:00 pm- eat Meal 4 (40g P Chicken breast, 1 c white/brown rice, broccoli, Mac Nut Oil)
6:00 pm- eat Meal 5 (same as Meal 4 with more rice)
7:00 pm- ****WORKOUT****
8:30 pm- Meal 6 (2 scoop Myofusion, 1 tbsp PB, some almonds)***SLEEP TIME***
This is what I eat to get big, about 3000-3500 calories.
I will bulk to about 165-170 until February, then cut for contest in April, want to be a lightweight. I got my posing going on and all. Wish Me Luck!
