Depressing yet inspiring? :/
So I just did like 4 Body fat % calculators online, and they all had the same range. 22-25%. 22-25% body fat at age 15!!! I don't know what to do, it's quite depressing. How can I get this down? I plan on not eating as much, not having any junk food, and doing cardio every day. By not eating at much, I mean at school, I will skip lunch.

do NOT skip meals. You're not helping yourself at all. All the meals you skip, replace with small..high protein low carbohydrate meals. Lift, run and eat smart.

So buy some real food at a grocery store and bring it with you. You don't have to crash diet, remember that consistency is the key to any changes you want to make with your body. Do a few calorie calculators online and make sure you eat 500 calories less than it says you burn. Cardio helps as well.

Jesus christ I feel so fat now. Even though I look skinny, and everybody says I'm skinny. I mean, my stomach has some fat on it, but I didn't think it would be that much

I find it hard to believe that you are 20%+ fat at 5'7 130, i think you're skinny fat instead of obese. If so just lift you'll fill up, and look better if you do it right.

I'm actually 136 right now. But like, I did 4 and they were all the same. 2 were exact, doesn't that mean they're right?

The calculators are meant for people who don't exercise at all, or cardio bunnies.

Fellow Michigander huh? I would recommend weight lifting to fill out your frame more than cardio whoring.

yeah dude.. NOOO skipping ur lunch...
eat little to no carbs after 3, no high sat/trans fat foods, and low polyunsaturated fat foods. eat as much lean meats/fruits/veggies as you want a day.
watch your calories.. try to get 2k calories a day or less.. high protien, do your cardio every 2 days...
do compound lifts: benchpress, military press, deadlift, bentover rows, dips, squats
and drink LOTS of water
