6 pack SET IN STONE

Okay so once I got my six pack I decided to go for an eight pack, and I started doing intense lower ab workouts with hanging leg raises probably being the hardest. I told myself that It would come just wait for it dont worry and that I've only been working my abs for 3 months, after one extra month of these intense lower ab workouts my six pack became like solid blocks which are clearly divided and on my 6th pack set you know the six pack divides but theres nothing else below, just a hard stomach. I feel that my abs are set and I can't imagine how a eight pack would come out from...should I keep going? obviously I'm going to keep going but I'd rather be sure.

basicly 8-packs rely heavily on the genetics of the person.

at same website type in
'best lower ab workout- how to blast the lower abs'
kinda stupid title but the 3 workouts they give may help out alot in the 8 pack department

8-packs require good genes and a very low body fat %.

An 8 pack is strictly genetic. Some people have an 8 pack but most people are only ever going to see 6 no matter how many ab exercises they do or how low their bodyfat is.
