The Morphs
What are they? (endo, ecto, meso)
And how do you know which one you are? Could a skinny kid be secretly a meso just hasn't worked out in his life yet?

i think ecto would be alright. i think arnold was a meso/ecto

Im an ecto, which is fine, i mean im not hooge because of it, i just have a really hard time to get the required calories in.

im part meso i dont know the other part
i was 119 but then i gained weight easy
i guessed it was caused i ate only 2 meals a day ( so little )
and ate a butt load of candy

Well not all Ectos/Endos gain the same. So if you have better/faster gains then you say you are part meso.

Not really, it has to do with a lot of different traits. Bone structure/density, metabolism, body comp, height etc. provided everyone fits perfectly into 1 category, which they don't.

He's actually right, about 1-2% of the population is a pure mesomorph. Most of us are combinations. I'm a meso/endo. I'm 5'6" and people often describe me as "thick". Not super muscular, but not fat.

I've always though I was a mesomorph, but I never really understoop the morphs anyways, lol. Although a couple tests I took for ****s and giggles told me I was a meso-endo like the guy above me said. :P

Pure textbook meso's are rare, although I'd imagine they're either more common than that or extremely rare. Either way that's the reason somatypes are stupid; they apply to practically no one.

i did the test, it said i was meso. Im not like really fat or really skinny but i can gain and lose weight easy and i notice i can gain muscle fairly simple.

ecto/meso combo.
I Gain muscle easily, but also lose weight easily. Also I can dirty bulk while remaining lean. I do notice I bulk up faster than most without as much effort (see log). I wouldn't call myself a full on meso though.

ive been skinny for a longtime but then at 10 i got uber phat and at 14 i became a little more average. not sure what you would call that but the tests says im really close to meso

Uhmm dude, you have a 35" chest, and 42" shoulders, that's in no way broad when the average man has at least 38" chest. Sorry, but your not a meso at all, no hate.
I think I'm mainly ecto tbh, seems like a lot of people are.
