In training to be a personal trainer.need help
I need to pretend i have a client, and set them out with achievable goals.
Can someone name one of there goals.

Couldn't you just use the generic 'lose weight' that accounts for 97% of January fitness membership sales?

Cut down to less than 10% BF, right now 15% but still keep same weight, 155 - 160 by the end of Feb.

or
Lose fat.
or
Gain definition.
Those are a few I'm sure that you will get a lot in personal training.

But if you want one here it is more specifically:
37 year old female. Overweight and trying to slim down for the summer. Has weak knees due to playing sports as a kid.
Sounds decent enough.
