Warrior Training
A long time ago probably 8 years now, Ultimate Warrior used to post his training and diet online on his site, does anyone have any of that information saved, in particular the diet? or know what it is?
I had used a scaled down version of his diet a long time ago with success, I know it was basic stuff, and was wondering if anyone had that information.
