ding... ding.. round two of the Stage Might Winter Series Posing Workshop. This one is going to be in two weeks on February 10th from 2-5pm. This is one week before the IronMan Figure and also conveniently located in Pasadena as well.

The workshop will cover the mandatory poses as well as your model turns and how to create personality on stage while still following NPC guidelines. We will talk about confidence, poise and projection and also help you walk in those seemingly dreadful heels. It is a great confidence booster for your next show.

Also don't worry about being in contest shape this is a workshop to get you prepared for stage, to network, meet new friends, and talk about how to look and feel fantastic on stage. All you need to bring is a pair of heels.

I would LOVE to come to one of your workshops!! Unfortunately, a trip to California isn't going to be financially possible for me anytime soon. Maybe someday I can attend--I would love to learn from you! I'm looking for one a little closer to Arkansas, though....I know it will be very helpful before I compete.

I loved the workshop Nancy put on! I learned a lot from her and I recommend going especially if you are new to this! I even hired her to help me get ready for my 1st NPC show.

In addition to the February posing workshop being only one week away, I have also added a spring series, dates are:

March 10th
April 21st
May 19th

These are perfect for ladies entering the Max Muscle Naturals, Orange County Muscle Classic as well as the Cals, because these workshops are one week before each of those shows. Just trying to get you all prepared.
