A Great Breakfast

I'm thinking about getting up earlier and doing a session of HIIT in the mornings. Some advice I've already been given is:

Wake up
Drink glass of milk, eat some high carb foods (i.e. bagel), and take a multivitamin
Wait 45-60 minutes for the food to settle, then do HIIT
Afterwards, drink protein shake, eat fruit, oatmeal, eggs, and stuff like that.

Is this good advice? Any additions/subtractions are welcome.

When I used to do HIT, I would wake up, take a bcca supplement, do the cardio, and then afterwards take whey and oats. It worked for me, but everyone is different.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
