There will be an un-permitted, decentralized, anti-capitalist feeder march to the main ANSWER rally on April 12th. We will be meeting at 11:30 at Sculpture Garden (7th St and Madison Dr NW).

On Saturday, April 12th, ANSWER has called an emergency convergence to surround the White House, starting at noon at the Washington Monument. We must be there in solidarity to put an end to this and any future for-profit war. This plutocracy must come to an end.

All anarchists, socialists, workers of the world, etc., and anyone else who would like to take part in an un-permitted march to the ANSWER rally will be meeting at 7th street and Madison avenue NW in Sculpture Garden(Madison ave is one block south of Constitution ave), just across the street from the National Gallery of Art (West building). CALL TO ACTION:

In light of the ALL OUT WAR being currently waged on our public forests and environmental protections by George W. Bush and the timber industry, forest defenders throughout the mountains of Oregon, Northern California and Southern Washington are organizing a campaign during the upcoming summer of 2003. We are issuing a CALL TO ACTION to all concerned individuals and organizations to request their aid during the upcoming summer months.

In the last year, eco-activists have seen a rapid increase in the level of forest destruction on public lands, the erosion of hard-fought legal protections (As inadequate as they were, they were better than nothing.), and the amount of government repression on groups fighting for social and environmental justice. Bush and his cronies are organizing to continue profiting from injustice and exploiting the Earth. WE ARE ORGANIZING TO PROMOTE SOCIAL JUSTICE AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY.

The Cascadia Summer campaign is made-up of a diverse group of local conservationists fighting to protect forests, streams, and wildlife. We recognize and value strength in diversity of tactics. During Cascadia Summer, activists will be engaging in a wide-range of tactics from civil disobedience, tree-sits, public outreach in urban and rural areas, lawsuits, political pressure, and popular education. Trainings in direct action, non-violence, blockading, legal issues, and much much more will be provided.

We are requesting:

-YOU!!! Come out and join us this summer for a few days, a week, or three months to protect Native Forests, Old Growth trees, Salmon, Owls, and Rivers. Let us know: When you are coming. How long you are staying? And how many people are in your group?

-HELP!! Help us get the word out. We need local contacts throughout North America and the world. Help us do outreach in your community: Make announcements, Distribute flyers, Host a traveling roadshow and/or a Cascadia Summer speaker, GET IN CONTACT WITH US!

-FUNDS!! Local groups are already strapped. Please donate funds for Cascadia Summer organizing, and/or the Legal Defense Fund. Put on local benefits in your own community.

-YOU!!! Once again, we really need YOU! Come on out to wild and free Cascadia, and help keep it that way.

Anarchy for Life' is the 3rd annual national anarchist and autonomist conference in Australia.

It will be held at Visible Ink, 139 Constance St, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, May 2-4, 2003

This conference aims to bring anarchist and autonomous activists from around Australia together, to share knowledge, experiences and build supportive networks.

The conference wil use a combination of pre-planned workshops and 'open space' technique for workshops. This means that certain workshops will have been organised before the conference, while other workshops will be decided on the day, by those participating in them. Open space is about free flowing workshops where participants can choose for themselves which workshops to attend, when and for how long.

Some of the many pre-planned workshops include:-

# Bioregionalism

# Anarco-femminism
# Anarchist Organising and Collective Process Techniques
