First day at the gym (ever, besides weights my dad owned) was monday, I took these shots today so I have something to compare to in the future. So yeah I know im horribly out of shape but at least im starting. I'm about 5'8 and I weigh 155 Lbs, no clue about the body fat. My goal is to gain 30 Lbs of lean muscle without adding too much BF and then to cut, from there ill set further goals.
Right now im doing the Rippetoes routine; my workouts are scheduled like this:
Workout A:
Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
Close Grip BP (nowhere to do dips in my small town ghetto gym lol)
Workout B:
Squat
Military Press
Pendlay Rows
Chins
