obliques?
what do you do for your obliques? i have never really trained these, but i have trained my abs a lot...the only thing i really know is side bends which idk it seem like they do nothing.
so how do you work your obliques?

i can't find a picture of it, but its at my gym.
basically you start off turned to your side while sitting down. and you hold two grips in front of your chest and turn to the opposite side.
